Area served: I have pieces in homes from California to Florida, but I work and live near Austin, Texas. Shipping Methods: If possible, I'll deliver it myself. If not, we can arrange for Plycon to deliver it via their door to door white glove museum-quality delivery service.

I'm very easy to work with, and very forgiving when people change their minds. I change my mind sometimes too. So I will try to work with you if you need to cancel or return something. At the same time, I have to be fair to myself, if I've already purchased materials that aren't refundable, or have already cut into materials that are, I'll need to retain that amount so I don't go into my own pocket at least. In other words, we can talk about it. I'm reasonable and fair.
