He made a custom cutting board which was 25" x 28" x 1.5" that included a juice groove that I proudly presented to my son-in-law for Christmas. The board was received with great excitement. I received updates on progress and the white glove delivery was impressive. The bed is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Feb 22, 2023The communication issues perhaps involved contacts to Custom Made when I actually wished to contact Timothy. At times, he did not receive my communications in a timely matter, or seemingly, not at all. It was frustrating.
