With only 12" of depth on this short wall, we repurposed a few kitchen cabinets, added slate tiles to the top, and applied a custom hand painted finish with a rainbow trout motif. This is an easy way to gain a lot of storage while sacrificing very little space in a small office/den. All office supplies are neatly tucked away and decorative items are highlighted on display.
