This hand-turned solid kitchen island features heavy English country legs, carved corbels with grape motif, and drawers on each end with hidden under-mount slides for effortless opening and closing. The hollowed legs allow for discreet electrical wiring and the top has stone tiles inset for a durable work-surface. For superior moisture resistance, the Olde Briton Island is finished with acrylic modified lacquer, crackled and glazed for an antique patina, and hand-rubbed and waxed for a satin feel and olde world effect.
