Mahogany Book Display Box
Box was constructed from 3/8" thick African Mahogany and the top and bottom sections have a fitted lip. The Glass in the Top section is UV as box was made to display a First Edition Book. The Display Easel is made from the same material, Has Brown Felt glued to the areas where the Box will be supported. and can be fully disassembled. There is a 1/4" Bead running around the entire box at the Top Edge and Corner Splines to assist with keeping the Box square as well as for decoration.. Finish is four coats of hand rubbed "TUNG OIL". Interior bottom has a Brown Felt Liner. There is a Lifting Ribbon to assist with getting the Book out of the Box. There are rubber pads on each bottom corner to keep the box from scratching the surface it is placed on as well as to keep the box from sliding around.

We have been in business since 1974. We produce Handcrafted Furniture, Cabinetry and Wooden Boxes from Domestic and Exotic wood and as well as material salvaged from Old Buildings. Our goal is to produce a product to the customers requirments and expectations and to deliver it in a timely manner.
All items are Custom made to customers requirements (i.e.: - Size, Wood Species, Interior configuration).
I have also operated a small Custom Remodeling business, (Colonial Building and Remodeling - PA Registration # 006064), since 1974 and perform all kinds of work from fixing a door problem to Constructing and Finishing an entire Addition. Capable of performing Rough and Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall (Installation and Finishing), Painting, Cabinetry Construction and Installation, Tile/Slate Installation, Hardwood and Laminate Floor Installation and Finish Trim Work. Have performed Restoration work on a 105 year old Adirondack Lodge on Lake George, NY. , a 100 yr old house in Valatie NY, and a 250 yr old stone manor house in the Lebanon PA. area. Willing to travel to perform work and install my items.
