I take great pride in my work and deliver high quality pieces. Projects made of solid wood will expand and contract throughout the seasons. The amount of movement will vary with the location, size of product and exposure to weather. All pieces are built to account for this expansion/contraction and slight changes are to be expected. Wood color and grain vary and as no two boards are alike there may be variation in color or grain. However I do hand select each board and spend quite a bit of time with the selection and layout to create the most pleasing look. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. If you need to change the project in any way after accepting the proposal, please contact me as soon as possible and most likely I'll be able to make the adjustment if I'm not too far along in the process. If you need an item by a specific date please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal so that it can be specified for clarity.
