The Palmer's were just wonderful to work with and my wooden sign which I had them put an old fashioned phone on and a message of "Don't forget your cell phone!", came out perfect.... We are extremely happy with the finished product. They were very professional and thoughtful during the whole process. We sent multiple photos to be carved on the sides of the urn and we are so pleased, the carvings look just like our son. The details are beautiful. The craftsmanship is wonderful. I wanted something unique and special and not only is the urn unique and special but the experience of working with Palmer Union Design was as well.

Colleen was very easy to work with. She kept communication open and was very timely in her responses. She answered all of my questions without any issues. I asked for adjustments on the final piece and she had them done without a second thought. The final product was amazing! Very beautiful and just perfect. Beautifully carved wood, stained and painted the colors of the wedding. I'm sure my friend will love it as her cake topper and a keepsake after her wedding.
