Welcome to Kerry’s Custom Leather! My name is Kerry Phipps and I am the lead artist for Kerry’s Custom Leather. I am from a family of custom leather crafters who have been producing the finest quality, custom designed, hand tooled, and completely handmade custom leather products since the early 1950′s. Everything we create is custom designed to your exact specifications. Once we understand your order, we hand cut the leather from the hide, hand tool, hand dye, and hand sew your order, there is never a machine involved in the creation of your hand tooled leather items. Every item is handmade in the Midwest USA by our master artisans. We strive to create the perfect gift or product for you, got a significant other who is hard to buy for, how about a custom daytimer which screams it’s mine. Since each of our products is hand tooled, hand carved, and hand sewn for each client, we have included samples of our work in these pages to show the quality, but if you dont see what you want don’t hesitate top call or write an email, I am sure we can help. Mar 27, 2014I ordered a business check book cover with my company's logo on the front from Kerry. Sounds simple enough, except that our logo is VERY detailed. I hope that somehow a picture is posted with this review, just so that you can see the amount of detail I am talking about. Now, back to Kerry. First of all, Kerry is second to none in terms of craftsmanship. If the value stars went up to 10, I'd give her 100! Kerry is incredibly easy to work with, timely in her communication, completion of the product, and quite simply provided me with a product that far exceeded what I paid for. The entire process was incredibly easy from placing the order, to selecting the options I wanted, to receiving my check book cover in the mail. Communication with Kerry was like communicating with an old friend. It was all done through email, but I felt as if I could just pick up the phone and call her at any time without worry. She constantly provided me with updates and pictures, which made it a great experience to see the cover coming along. Even after seeing pictures of the product in the works and finished, it was even better when I actually received it. I highly reccomend Kerry for anyone that wants some type of custom leather work done. She is one of a kind! -Austin

Kerry was very helpful in getting every aspect of this cover done just as I wanted it, style,color,right on down to the font for my initials.
