Custom Leather Portfolio/Journal
This project was truly an honor to do. It was a combination portfolio and hand bound journal. It was made to present as a gift for the CEO of Bell Helicopter. The organization presenting the gift was American Huey 369, Inc. They are a Non-Profit Organization formed for the specific purpose of Paying Tribute to ALL Veterans and Patriots. They currently have plans to build a one of a kind National American Huey Museum. To date they've restored 2 Huey Helicopters and are currently restoring a B-model Gunship. The journal had a pocket, on the left side, for DVD's, business card slots and a picture of the future museum. On the right side was a patch with their logo and a pocket for a calender. In the center were the hand bound pages. These displayed letters from veterans.

I am from a family of custom leather crafters who have been producing the finest quality, custom designed, hand tooled, and completely handmade custom leather products since the early 1950′s. Everything we create is custom designed to your exact specifications. Once we understand your order, we hand cut the leather from the hide, hand tool, hand dye, and hand sew your order, there is never a machine involved in the creation of your hand tooled leather items. Every item is handmade in the Midwest USA by our master artisans. We strive to create the perfect gift or product for you, got a significant other who is hard to buy for, how about a custom daytimer which screams it’s mine. Since each of our products is hand tooled, hand carved, and hand sewn for each client, we have included samples of our work in these pages to show the quality, but if you dont see what you want don’t hesitate top call or write an email, I am sure we can help. Since all of our work is custom just for you, and of the finest handmade quality, our work is not inexpensive, instead, it is designed to last 5-10 times longer than the less expensive substitutes.
