So, it's been a bit of time since Kerry finished and shipped my custom leather left-handed padfolio. I wanted some time to put a few miles on it, for lack of better description, prior to commenting back. That said, the short answer would be the whole process was simply marvelous, from order, to design, through creation, to receipt of and finally end-product usage. Kerry kept me informed of the process and in the loop throughout the journey. Not a detail was missed, not a concern left unaddressed, not a delay in promised delivery and best of all and perhaps most telling would be the somewhat envious comments recieved from admirers whose paths I've crossed in my various travels. What more can I say but, exceptional lady, quality effort, quality product… hurry, get yours ordered today, you won't be disappointed.

I currently live in Italy and was looking to buy a custom made portfolio for my boyfriend's birthday! However, I wanted it made with a very specific logo! I looked everywhere and no one could do it for me! I finally found Kerry and immediately sent my request! Kerry responded to me right away and said she could do it! From that point on I was extremely happy and impressed with the communication between us. She is extremely helpful and very professional. In fact, I haven't seen this kind of customer service in a while. I definitely have and will recommend her services to all my friends and family. Not only did she keep me updated throughout the whole process of making the portfolio, she also sent me photos! I received the gift here in Italy only two and half/three weeks after! Super quick and not to mention the portfolio is beautiful! Made beautifully and with beautiful leather! Overall, this is not the last time I will be asking Kerry to custom make me something! I give her a 5 star rating for sure!!! Thank you!

I am really surprised at how well it turned out. I would love to have someone in luggage made like this.

Kerry was helpful, sent pictures, mailed samples, and did exactly what she promised to do. She let me know when she got started on my husband's desk pad and kept me apprised of the steps along the way. The work she did was pure perfection. My hubby loved the desk mat and especially liked that his initials were put on it. Kerry and I worked well together on the planning. Definitely use her for your projects!
