These unique, custom bar stools are made from wood harvested over 100 years ago and salvaged from a 1901 orchard barn in the Shenandoah Valley that was scheduled for demolition. Perfect for your kitchen, bar or outdoor barbeque. While they are tough and durable, and made from reclaimed heart pine with mortise and tenon joinery, their scooped saddle seat design makes them snug and comfortable! Rich with character and history, the dramatic grain of the old wood will bring a warmth and depth to your home that can't be achieved any other way. Pictured here at 24" high.     I have no complaints, only compliments. The table that I ordered looks great. I have subsequently ordered some stools to be used around it.
    The project took longer than the projected ship date but I also thought the projected ship date was very optimistic (three weeks).
    I would be confident in ordering additional product from this workshop.

    We received the chairs today and they are perfect. They are very well built, very rustic, solid chairs. The packaging was great….it really protected them. We asked for some custom features: 21" high seats instead of the typical 19" high seats and a stain color to match an existing table. Both are perfect.
