These Rustic Bar and Stool Sets are custom made to your exact specifications from solid naturally distressed reclaimed oak, harvested over 100 years ago and salvaged from a 1901 orchard barn in the Shenandoah Valley that was scheduled for demolition. Rich with character and history, the dramatic grain of the old wood will bring a warmth and depth to your home bar that can't be acheived any other way. May 21, 2015I am very happy with the table - it's better in finish and character than what is pictured. It's a little smaller and more odd shaped than I would have liked - or thought it would be, but the quality of the table more than makes up for that. Shipping was easy and the table arrived well wrapped and in excellent condition. I would recommend Strong Oaks Woodshop.

Dec 2, 2016The bed fits beautifully in our bedroom. It is a great piece of furniture. There are some negatives I can complain about: the surface of the bed looks stunning. Amazing reclaimed wood, yet the structure of the bed itself looks like it was put together straight from home depot. All the planks are not sanded, full of splinters. We had to wear gloves to assemble the bed. Yet, once its on a floor, and all the inside materials are hidden, the bed is gorgeous, and it`s custom size fits perfectly. There was a couple of weeks of a delay. Yet I must admit, it was worth a wait.Thank you Mike and your company. I am sleeping on a very solid and beautiful bed now.
