My bed is absolutely amazing amazing amazing. Everyone who saw it raves about how cool it is! It was very easy to communicate with Mike too. My only issue was with the freight company. They didn't deliver on the day that they promised, got no call, so I had to reach out and reschedule. Plus, if you live in the apartment complex, they will not deliver it door-to-door. (Got no advance note on that either) The bed comes in a huge cradle box, so I had to hire people on the fly. Still though, I am super happy with the end product and highly recommend Mike to everyone!

Very happy with the chairs we received from the Strong Oaks Woodshop. The photos do not do justice to the final product. These chairs are very sturdy and each one is unique. Great attention to detail. Communication was very good throughout the project and chairs came well packaged and undamaged. Overall expectations were exceeded. You could not find a set of mass produced chairs that come close to these in quality and uniqueness. Highly recommend!

The whole experience is top notch and 5 star. Wonderful table and chairs. I cant even begin to describe the meticulous detail and characteristics that went in to my project. Both far exceed my expectations. We were like kids on Christmas morning when it arrived. Very well packaged too. Beautiful natural markings on the wood just add to the character. Not to mention the wood smells heavenly. Definitely a "wow" when you enter our house. If you are tossing around the idea of getting one of these tables and chairs from Mike just do it, don't wait, you won't be disappointed. Better than anything you can find in the store.

Outstanding quality craftsmanship. Just a bit delayed, hence, my 4 stars instead of 5 but worth the wait. Just beautiful and very heavy!!!!

Mike is great to work with. We chose to work with him over 14 other craftsman because of his ability to listen to and understand exactly what we wanted. During ever phase of the building process he kept us up to date with pictures and descriptions, which was important since he is in Virginia and we are in New Jersey. If you choose to work with Mike you will have a pleasant and enjoyable experience. One word of advice, though. Be sure to keep an ongoing discussion of any changes in price, and of the delivery process. We were a bit surprised to learn we'd need a handyman on our end
to get our very large (and quite heavy) table from the garage (where the delivery men left it) to our dining room, including removing it from a crate and assembling it. That said, Mike has worked tirelessly to ensure our satisfaction. His professionalism is commendable, and if the need ever arises, we'd love to work with him again.
