A dog that knows its way around a herd! A dog not to be understated! My job was to come up with designs that had as much personality as this dog! Ready made now is size 14 (holes for 14, 13.5, 13, 12.5, 12) Great for a smaller to mid-sized dog. COLLAR BASIC FACTS: 100% HANDCRAFTED -All leather is hand cut, trimmed and edged -Buckles chosen for strength and durability -All decorations are hand riveted and reinforced for durability LATIGO LEATHER -Latigo means "girth strap"—the strap that braces the saddle under the horse's belly: very tough. Just think how important that strap is on a saddle! -The tanning process removes stretch -CAN GET WET! (the leather will darken and soften) -Will let some color when wet -All natural vegetables dyes (pet safe) WHY 1 1/2 INCHES WIDE? Besides looking nice, the wider leather is better proportioned to larger necks. Control is easier, the collar does not cut in as much (less likely to damage windpipes), and it is more difficult for wrestling dogs to get their teeth under. -Dogs can still choke…it is the owner's responsibility to properly fit collars and supervise their pets

We (that being the royal we…as in "me") are handcrafters of quality latigo dog collars and belts. Our belief is that beauty is useful and useful is beautiful. All our products rely on the inherent characteristics of the elements they are made from for strength, purpose and beauty.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

Our collars have been road tested for over 5 years now on Mastiffs, American Bulldogs, Great Danes, Standard Poodles, Labradors, Pit Bulls, Mutts and one “I don’t know what that is but boy is she fast and can she swim!” aka Betty. They have gouges in steel, worn down past finishes to the brass, brought in tree limbs through dog doors and had killer Pug attacks to the leather and still go strong!
