Beautiful product and super easy to work with. Customer service and product shipment/packing were awesome too. The ONLY thing I'd change would be to have the pilot holes predrilled/countersunk in to the mantle itself. This would allow the screw heads to hide a bit more as you can see them slightly peaking out. However, once you decorate the mantle, you can't even tell. I'll definitely buy another one for our next house.

The mantle shelf came today and is exactly what we wanted. the craftsman ship is excellent and the packaging was top notch. Correspondences during the process was always timely and the whole process was very simple and direct. From ordering to delivery. Will definitely use them again. For any other projects.

I am very glad that I found Don and Heather through Custom Made. They were very helpful and happy to answer all my questions. Heather worked with me and reviewed my sketches to make sure they understood what I was trying to accomplish. The mantel and matching legs turned out great. You can tell they take pride in the product they are providing. They packaged the project super well to survive shipping out to California and it arrived in perfect condition. The parts all fit together as planned and look truly wonderful. It really made our fireplace the focal point of the room.

Great experience with Heather and Custom Corners from beginning to end. Had them build a custom cherry mantel with corbels to my specifications. Just installed and looks terrific. Quality of work is excellent and tobacco/expresso furniture grade finish is perfect. Can't say enough about their communication and followthrough. Thanks again.
