Fireplace Hearth Safety Seat
The Patented Jack-Mat Hearth Cushion is a terrific way to protect the dangerous edges of the fire place hearth from children while adding very comfortable seating and matching any decor at the same time. This customer had an irregular shaped hearth to cover. They also wanted the last name to be embroidered. The cushions are built to be removeable. The Jack-Mat is supported by a wood frame, then upholstered with fire retardant foam, batting, and fabric.

Our team can make any shape, size, or design cushion for all kinds of applications from window seats, dining seats, outdoor cushions, bench seats, hearth safety cushions, replacement cushions, and more. This can be standard boxed cushions, button tufted cushions, and even our premium and tufted mattress cushions.
We also have full embroidery capabilities beginning with artwork, digitizing, and actual embroidery.
Our designer pillows are made for indoor and outdoor applications. We can help with the design process with trims, fabrics, inserts, etc or we can work off of your design.
My wife, Stacy, began this business in a closet of our basement ten years ago. Over time, she has showcased work on Extreme Home Makeover, TODAY Show, HGTV, House Hunters Renovation, and more. During this time, we have built a team of 16 people creating amazing custom projects for our clients.
