For Custom Tree topperFrom the beginning Roxana worked with me to see exactly what it was I wanted, we brainstormed and came up with what would work best. My deadline moved up from the original date we discussed and she was still able to create my project and get it out to me in a timely manner. The piece came out even better then expected !

For Jordan's SculptureThroughout the entire process there were many small mistakes, but I kept telling myself it will be fine, but by the time I got my project I was just disappointed. I asked her to recreate a ceramic piece that my wife's grandma had always had on the wall, but replacing my grandma's name with her name, so it was very sentimental and from her work I saw it looked like it'd be no problem for her. I asked for a 5inch by 15inch dimensions, and provided a picture of the original. What I got was a warped trapezoid, obvious from the time I picked it up. It was 4.5" long on the left, 5" on the right, 13" on the top and 13.7" on the bottom. Also the spelling of my wife's name (Kristian) always looked odd to me, the 'a' looked like a Q, but I thought it was ok, until I realized it was mixed lower case and upper case, like 'KRISTIan", so that's also a dumb mistake. The whole thing took almost 2 and a half months to get to me, way longer than it should, the colors are off, and I feel like I could have done it better myself. I can't say she has an eye for detail. Maybe it's an artist thing where she can make something from her mind come out ok on a sculpture, but she f-d this thing up so bad I wonder if she just didn't care or if she has lost her touch.
