Packing-crate table. A coffee table and end table. 46" long, 19" wide, and 15" tall. Plywood with flat matte finish and glass with brackets. Ends are open and inside is hollow. Photograph of clowns on the side has been transferred directly into the wood by a special process…not mounted on the wood. As with other pieces, dimensions can vary. So can photographic images.

I am a woodworker. I have a small shop making furniture in a casual style. Much of it has a natural, unfinished look (although it's actually coated for protection). A lot of use of metal brackets and exposed screws. An architect friend calls it a packing-crate aesthetic.
