All products are produced in house and made to order. Due to that, we strive to ship items out quickly but it may take up to 2-3 weeks in some instances. If we are behind and looking closer to the 3 week mark, you will get an email from us after your order is placed notifying you of the delay. Depending on the size of your item, we may use normal package delivery services like UPS or FedEx, but if larger items are ordered we will use a white glove delivery service. Either way, a quote will be given and the purchaser can pick there prefered methed.
