Area served: nationwide Shipping Methods: For projects up to 34" Fedex ground (unless otherwise requested) will be used. Larger projects may have to be crated and shipped. All items are fully insured with the carrier.

Maker Policy

There is a $85 non-refundable fee for new designs not already depicted on this site. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. Changes made to a design prior after accepting a proposal may result in change of price. While I make every attempt to use represented/requested glass, substitutions may need to be utilized should such glass become unavailable. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
