Two Brothers On The Atlantic Seashore
Claudia was asked to paint an oil painting of two brothers standing on the beach together on an Atlantic ocean seashore. They are sons of a wonderful couple that we have come to know over the years, who continue to bless us with requests for oil paintings and furniture. This painting is 30 inches x 40 inches in size and it is mounted in a floating frame made of a weathered walnut slab. If you are interested in having a painting made, please contact us. We will be glad to discuss it with you. The cost of the painting and the frame, if you choose to have one made for it will be determined upon the style of painting and the wood type for the frame. For over four decades, we have enjoyed making award winning fine art, including oil painting, custom furniture and leather work.
Claudia studied the old masters styles of drawing and painting at The Atelier in Minneapolis, MN. She paints with feeling and passion with a specialization in two particular styles of combined impressionistic and abstract oil painting as well as still life. Her style has a bit of a whimsical feeling to it and her goal is to show the joy that she feels when she sees how God has created nature that she paints.
Denny uses lumber from local suppliers and saw mills. He has chosen to fill a market niche by utilizing reclaimed or lumber from trees from his customers that they find to be sentimental or historical in their families.
He looks for opportunities to work with clients who desire a new and fresh design in their furniture and leather work. All of these areas allow for a way to fill a need that often is not available in the retail market. For example, the picture of the kitchen table made of oak and granite were not available either in size or of materials and led to the chance to develop them both for personal use as well as for availability to customers who are interested.
Leather and wood furniture are especially great projects to work on with our clientele and we look forward to each persons ideas and input as we build together.
