Custom work downpayment is not refunded after approval of the precasting stage. Once the design is approved and at the foundry the full payment is expected. Payment in full before delivery. Small bronze assemblies of families that are permanently mounted on a stone base can not be returned. Individual small figures can be returned as they can be resold. You can cancel an order anytime before I have started the actual work.
