My experience with Fast Lane Customs was exceptional. Their custom console table has become a signature piece in my home and looks great with other furniture from different vendors. The team at Fast Lane was professional and timely with their communication, and really appreciated the photo updates. Their shipping was also top notch for such a heavy, custom piece. Highly recommend FLC!

My project had a time line of 4-6 weeks to complete. Took 15 weeks to build and ship with 2 of those weeks being "crating" and shipping. There so called shipping crate that took a week to build would take all of 30 min to construct . Why it took a week I have no clue. When my vent hood arrived it was wrapped in plastic wrap sitting on a pallet (no shipping crate what so ever) and actually got damaged in shipping because of it. Emails would go unanswered for days and neither Nathan or Elisa would answer there phones. Funny, when I would call no one would answer but I would get a response to my email minutes later. In the end, I would not use them again due to the customer service or the lack there of. The hood turned out great, but the stress of trying to get in touch with them and the excuses that they had when they would finally respond was not worth it. VERY frustrating transaction, I would not do business with them again because of it.

Great job, love the cast aluminum hooks, that was a great idea and the pot rack is perfect for what I was looking for! Jim

Communication was very easy and professional working with Elise and Nathan. They offered guidance based on their professional experience and yet allowed the creative process to unfold. Information was shared as circumstances beyond their control delayed the project (but only by about 2 weeks) and the information was passed on to me as soon as they knew the situation. They also offered an alternative approach in case the lead time was not acceptable for the project. Very professional and a beautiful finished bench.

We could not be more thrilled with our AMAZING hood! Elisa from Fast Lane Customs was a pleasure to deal with during the whole process. She was always in contact and sent us updates and pictures. It was so awesome watching our custom hood come to life. It was packaged with so much thought and care, and arrived without a scratch! It turned out more beautiful than we could've ever imagined and will truly be the focal point of our kitchen. Thank you so much!!! :)

Nathan Lane and Fast Lane Customs were outstanding to work with! They took a rather unusual idea and made it happen, at a very reasonable cost, and withing a Christmas deadline! Would highly recommend and definitely do business with them again!

The finished product looks great! The project took a lot longer than originally expected, but it was worth the wait.
