I worked with John on a custom tie pin for my husband, based on a tie pin that had been in his family years ago. From the very beginning, John was very communicative and interested in creating the perfect piece. He was willing to experiment with everything from the color and finish to the size, position, and engraving. The finished product was phenomenal--better than I had even hoped for! I would love the opportunity to work with John again in the future!

John was a professional throughout the process of creating our wedding bands. Upon filing our project outline, he was by far the most communicative of the responses we received. He gave us preliminary samples before formally accepting the proposal and came it a price point that ensured we could stay on budget. Once the project started, John was fantastic throughout. He sent regular updates and made sure to promptly address any questions. The final outcome completely matched our high expectations.

The only suggestion I would have is for anyone looking to use CustomeMade for rings specifically is to check your sizes carefully. Make sure you test rings that are the exact size and width you are ordering. John met our specs exactly as we outlined them and we did have to have some tiny adjustments made at a local jeweler due to the nature of how the rings were actively worn on our fingers (the work did not cost anything). Some of this seems to be just the nature of jewelry creation and none of those extra steps took away from John's efforts and his beautiful creations!
