I am completely satisfied with the final product. John approached me really quickly with professionalism and passion. I was charmed. I am completely fulfilled with his work. He is absolutely talented. He is extremely professional, but also customer-oriented. He was always there when I needed him and his responses were fast and accurate. Working with John was such a strress free, easy process! From the time he submitted an offer to work on my custom dentistry pendant to the time it was delivered to my doorstep, he was always two steps ahead. Absolutely amazing. John did an excellent job on the ring. He already had it designed when he first contacted me aND he was very fast in responding to all of my questions no matter how damn that might have been. He made choosing him very easy and the experience pretty fun. Always sent me pictures and had my project complete in a very fast time (about 1 week) give or take a few days. I would absolutely recommend John for all and any of your design ideas. An absolute pleasure to work with.

I worked with John on a custom tie pin for my husband, based on a tie pin that had been in his family years ago. From the very beginning, John was very communicative and interested in creating the perfect piece. He was willing to experiment with everything from the color and finish to the size, position, and engraving. The finished product was phenomenal--better than I had even hoped for! I would love the opportunity to work with John again in the future!

Both John and I had worked together on my design of the ring, until I was satisfied with the end result. John did a really good job of keeping me up to date with the progress of the ring, and he even had it completed sooner than what was originally due. Would definitely go to him for any more jewelry that I have in mind.

Working with John was a great joy and we are so impressed by the wedding bands he created for us. They perfectly capture the nature of our relationship and we are excited to get to show them off forever! John was a professional throughout the process of creating our wedding bands. Upon filing our project outline, he was by far the most communicative of the responses we received. He gave us preliminary samples before formally accepting the proposal and came it a price point that ensured we could stay on budget. Once the project started, John was fantastic throughout. He sent regular updates and made sure to promptly address any questions. The final outcome completely matched our high expectations. The only suggestion I would have is for anyone looking to use CustomeMade for rings specifically is to check your sizes carefully. Make sure you test rings that are the exact size and width you are ordering. John met our specs exactly as we outlined them and we did have to have some tiny adjustments made at a local jeweler due to the nature of how the rings were actively worn on our fingers (the work did not cost anything). Some of this seems to be just the nature of jewelry creation and none of those extra steps took away from John's efforts and his beautiful creations!

This is an amazing worker to work with. I was looking for a creative ring and this maker was willing to talk and answer questions about exactly what I wanted. It was very personal and timely communication. The project was completed fast and the final project was amazing. From what was agreed on to what ended up in my hand was exactly the same. I highly recommend working with this maker.

I felt very comfortable with John as he always kept me informed and was able to create the logo of our company into cufflinks. Me and my husband love them!!! I highly recommend John.
