Maker Policy
No refunds on special orders once the original drawings have been approved by the buyer. Regarding special order rings, there may be some slight variations in actual sizing, and being that we are not sizing you in person, please be careful to supply your finger size as close as possible. If there is an adjustment needed, the buyer will pay shipping both ways and should supply a return shipping label. If it was an error on my part, there is no charge for the sizing. I am not responsible if I was given the wrong size initially.
