The Napa Wine Rack, Rustic Wine Rack, Reclaimed Wood, Wine Barrel Staves

$199

The Napa Wine Rack is made from Napa Valley Reclaimed Wine Barrels. We purchase the wine barrels from Napa Valley wineries and disassemble them here at our shop. We sort out the wine barrel staves and sand them down and prep them for install. The wine barrel staves are fastened with screws to the uprights and the hole is hidden with a dowel plug. Because of the curve of the wine barrel staves you get a very unique looking rustic wine rack. You can see the purple wine patina on the back of each stave and the pattern of the white oak wood on the front. A very unique piece and at this point not being produced by other shops. July 15, 2014 Review, "Awesome craftsmanship. Absolutely love this! A+++++++" Each unit can comfortably accommodate from 8-10 wine bottles and 6 wine glasses depending on style and size. 4 1/2 - 7 inches wide(at the curve) x 16-17 inches high x 32-34 inches long Inside dimensions 3 - 3 1/2 inches on the ends to 5 1/2 inches at the height of the curve. Note: We can add the wine barrel metal bands for an upcharge. You can see what this looks like by pulling up our wine barrel stave pot rack. The pot rack has the wine barrel metal bands as part of its construction. Convo us if this is something you would like to see on your unit. Great Lakes Reclaimed takes great care to maintain the integrity of the each piece and keep the distressed, rustic chic, primitive look as much as possible. But you must understand that each piece takes on a mind of its own. We will do our best to match the photos but when working with reclaimed lumber you will always get different colors and textures. We use reclaimed Napa Valley wine barrels, barn wood, reclaimed wood fencing and pallet lumber to custom build each unit. Great Lakes Reclaimed comes from an appreciation of the Great Lakes and Reclaimed Lumber.

Great Lakes Reclaimed was started by my wife Lisa and I in the summer of 2012. Lisa is from Petoskey, Michigan and grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan. Being a builder I have reclaimed lumber from remodel and renovations jobs I have done for customers. We decided to combine our love for the Great Lakes and reclaimed lumber to create products to sell.

This summer of 2014 we moved our shop and home base back to Petoskey, Michigan. It has been great getting back to the waters of the Great Lakes and rekindling old friendships. We have been able to lease a 1600 sf shop in downtown Petoskey. It has been wonderful to have a lot more room to work and store our inventory.

We do sell out of our new shop here in Petoskey. You can find us at 1008 Franklin Street. We are in the old Bay Beverage Building, 3rd door on the far left. Give us a call or just stop in. We are always available during work hours Monday thru Friday 8-4.
