One time I heard a christian recording artist in an interview tell how he told his son he is like that red bird. He will never leave him, he will stay through all seasons. Well, let me tell you, I just about choked up. We all want someone we love to never leave us. And so I thought about our Father in heaven. It's like that. He will never leave us or forsake us. He told us in the Bible. I believe that. It's glazed with earthy red/browns, purples, wine, reds, and yellows for the marigolds. This is also available with a gamble's quail on top. The same color scheme. This makes a nice gift for easter, or a housewarming, or even a baby christening. It measures 8.5" h x 4" w x 1.5" d . Made in Tucson Az

I am a ceramic artist. I sculpt, hand build, throw on the wheel, and design hand made tile. Some of my work is functional, some is for art's sake. All of it is my passion and a gift from God.
I have 30 years of experience in clay alone. I consider myself a person that can do anything (in clay). I have many years experience in custom work, working together and creating one on one designs for clients. My designs are fun and whimsical and I enjoy making people smile. I am all about original. My inspirations come from gardens, nature, southwest desert, and other peoples art or creations.
In all my years in business, I have never had anyone complain, or need me to come back to fix something, or return a custom piece. I have letters of referrals and note cards of overjoyed thanks.
