Loden Hand Woven Fabric
Hand Woven Fabris is a very special thing to work with. Your finished product will certainly be uniquely yours. I love weaving with fine wools and mohair because of the cozy feeling it gives you. Wool and mohair are wonderfully warm, but breath with you. This sample was woven using cottons and rayons in the warp and a wool-mohair blend in the weft creating a very soft, textures light weight fabric. The mohair in the fabric gives it an overall fuzzy look. This type of fabric is suitable for lined or unlined jackets, vests, etc. My fabrics are usually 25" (65cm) to 35" (90cm) wide and can be woven up to 10 yds (9m) All my fabrics are preshrunk so there are no surprises for you Pricing is per yard.
