This quilt was designed for a fabric challenge - the colors evoke a kind of stormy feel, hence the "lightning" bolt. This quilt could be used as a wall hanging or a lap quilt. Fun, modern vibe with muted colors. Great for a "Man Cave" or a Boy's room or even an office.

The Zen Quilter
Quilted wall hangings and art quilts designed and made by owner. I started quilting with help from my mother about eleven years ago. After attending the Houston International Quilt Festival In 2003 I realized that what I really wanted to do was make art quilts. Since then, I'm limited only by time! Crafted with imagination, determination, and a sense of humor, hopefully my pieces are imbued with the feelings of joy and excitement that go into the creation of each one.
