I've never had an item returned, and have never been asked for a refund. Our process together will make you feel confident that you'll get just what you've asked for before we ever begin building. If, however, you feel dissatisfied with the quality or workmanship of your finished piece, I will do everything I can to remedy that. Clear communication and progress updates keep us on the same page every step of the way, so that we are both comfortable and know what to expect.
