All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility and will be added to the cost of the drawing (this may include the price of shipping materials as well).

All of my mounted drawings come ready to hang. If you choose to purchase a piece without it being mounted then you can arrange for framing with your framer of choice.

Portraits are not refundable or returnable. I work carefully with my clients to create a piece they will love. Look at my portfolio carefully, I have a specific style and cannot draw other people's styles or imitate other artists. Once a piece is being drawn I do not accept cancellations.

Some dreams, and even nightmares, stick with us upon waking and seem to hold some deeper meaning for us. We can be haunted by the images. I have had many dreams like this so started drawing my dreams. After I'd been drawing dreams for awhile others wanted me to draw their dreams. Now I can draw your dreams. You'll provide me with the story of your dream and any photos of actual people or animals from your dream. We'll discuss colors and composition. I'll provide a rough sketch or two just to make sure we have a composition that gets all the details in and then I'll create the final piece. All pieces are created with a mix of ink, gouache, watercolor, marker, and graphite on paper. Whatever words you use to inspire me, you will have a piece of art for your home that will be so personal to you and your vision that it will hold a special place in your heart and home. It will be full of details that will keep you interested and be an eternal conversation starter. Each drawing is done on a heavy weight mixed media paper with a mix of koh-i-noor ink and Holbein Acryla Gouache. If you'd like your piece to be sent ready-to-hang it will be mounted on a fabric covered artist box that is a unique hanging solution for paper art. These drawings can be done in a range of sizes from 9" x 11" to 18" x 24". The amount of color in each piece will be dictated by the subject matter and helps determine the final price. These pieces work look great hung in a home or even placed on a shelf or a mantel. It could also look great in an office. I consider the style of my drawings to be Folk Surrealism. I'm heavily influenced by Indian and Persian Miniature paintings, graphic novels, Vuillard, and vintage graphic design.

I'm a visual artist currenting residing in Portland, Oregon. I create work in a style I call Folk Surrealism using a combination of ink, gouache, and watercolor on paper. My style includes many bright colors, detailed patterns, and creatures of all sorts.

For CustomMade, my focus is on custom portraiture. I started drawing portraits a few years ago as part of a successful crowdsourcing campaign. Since drawing all of the portraits for my contributors, portrait illustration has become a large part of my artistic practice in business.

Outside portrait painting my work explores more themes such as femininity, violence, and mysticism. My work has a strong narrative drive which carries through each piece by a very thin thread.
