The sky is the limit for this Beautifully made by hand and personalized 1/12 scale wood Doll House. This one shown represents what I can make and customize for you. For this doll house I used Oak, Cherry, Cedar, and Black Walnut woods. The Doll house has a wooden carrying handle and opens up like a book, with the wooden latch, to reveal the interior 2 levels. Choose the style, wood, people, furniture, woodburned images, woodburned text, dog house and dog, bird house and birds, lights (solar and battery powered) and any other requests you may think of. Comes unfinished or completely finished in a satin sheen baby safe lacquer finish on all surfaces.

The only problem I had is the delivery. Instead the 10 weeks requested became almost 50% additional time without information that may help to understand what was happening. However in general I am satisfied.
