Area served: United States Only Shipping Methods: All shipping costs, unless expressly promoted as "Free Shipping " by me will be the responsibility of the buyer. Custom ordered products will be given an estimated shipping date on order with cleared payment. I usually ship FEDEX on larger items with insurance of the product cost. USPS may also be used. Exact shipping costs to buyer will be given before agreement is made for us to do your work.

I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be refunded. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 60 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
