For Bronze Dog Pet-Paw4.0Overall there was really good communication from her. The final product is well crafted and we are very happy with it. She was very good about responding to messages and was able to deliver exactly what I wanted.
The only hiccup was the ship date. We had spoken a lot about when I needed the piece, right from the beginning. She missed the date, but maintained that she had shipped it. When I received the package the shipping label clearly indicates she missed the date. Not sure why such great communication fell apart right at the end.
Overall I would still recommend her, but was dismayed she missed the ship date (anniversary gift) and was not forthcoming with that information. She did ship it the next business day.
