Once a deposit is taken for a custom order we cannot cancel that order. Design changes are made during the consultation period only but not while the piece is being made. We cannot accept any returns or refunds. Mechanical parts like fasteners, drawer slides, hinges, etc. are not warranted by us. We use only high quality hardware for this reason. Natural oil finishes on hardwoods tend to change color and darken over time. This is a natural effect and so we cannot guarantee that each piece will change or not change the same way.
