Hand Quilted Bed Quilt
Hand quilting is an American tradition, and a labor intensive art. The quilts pictured are 5x5', but I am very interested in making larger quilts upon commission! You can pick the dimensions, and I will make a quilt to fit. We can agree upon details regarding the composition, color scheme, and fabric choice. Then, I will create a work of art for your home.

I am an artist, trained at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I inherited a family tradition of quilt making from my maternal grandmother.
I specialize in using found fabrics, and transform them into a quilt rich with memories. Your family heirloom textiles can be incorporated with my fabric collection to create a one of a kind work of art for your home, office, or creative space. I use a sashiko inspired hand quilting technique that employs thicker thread for a highly visible quilted line.
