June was great! I had many questions with very specific details and she was quick and clear with her responses, even on a Sunday evening! I was expecting the engraving to be a bit more polished, a machine-like quality to the print. She did send me a picture of the finished product before I completed payment but it was difficult to see the print. Maybe that was my misunderstanding. I still paid for the bracelets in full and am happy with the products. Most importantly, the people I gifted them to were thrilled! I would definitely use June again.

June listened carefully and offered insightful suggestions on how to achieve the look I was after. She is very knowledgeable and expertly guided me through several layouts of the project until we landed on the final look; all the while patient and accommodating. This is the 3rd time I am collaborating with June. She has done an outstanding job creating earrings for me in the past, and this time is no different. I've asked for a slightly different design, and she understood exactly what I wanted. June is a wonderful communicator, quick with her responses, great with her questions. She was constantly updating me on the progress of the project and was very accommodating when it came to fast shipment which was necessary due to my traveling schedule.
