While I make every effort to satisfy my customers, you can't please all the people all the time. Therefore my policy is as follows, any item from my portfolio or ane of my stock designs is fully refundable, within 30 days of purchase. I require a 50% deposit and that is not refundable on any item with , names , dates , initials, quotes , gps coordinates , your logo etc. This also applies to most items of your design. If it is my design and not personalized it is fully refundable within 30 days.
