The final project went way beyond my expectations! She did a top notch job. She is great to work with. The proof and review process was really easy. She updated me on every step throughout the process. The package came on time...maybe even a little early. I was truly touched and surprised that she separately sent me something too as a thank you.

Awesome Artist she grasped onto exactly what i wanted and the pictures she added to the Phrase my son wrote to me could not of been more perfect

This has been one the best purchases I have ever made on line! Working with Mr. Phipps was a true please and his promptness goes beyond anything a person could ask for. I was on a short timeline to get my requests met, but Mr. Phipps jumped up to the challenge and met my time requests without hesitation and for that, I am so happy. His great work of art creation will be impressive and become a lovely wall art piece to which I will be very happy to display in our home. I loved working with LKPhipps. She did an amazing job!! I did have a slight hard time with communication on the Custom Made site as far as responding, I think it could be made easier to use by a long run. I kept responding but many of them towards the end were never received and Custom Made kept asking me to respond!! Somehow LK found me and we connected and I am so thrilled. I love her work and would not hesitate using her or Custom Made again which in fact I am planning on. I just hope the website is fixed as far as communication. Thank you all very much! LK Phipps was very patient and helpful making my specific project. I had significant delays with my part of the project, and she did what she could with the partial information to help encouraging and showing what the finished product would look like. The product is amazing and I can't wait to get my tattoo done!

I have been so blown away by the process of working with LKPhipps's creative mind and watching a concept I envisioned only in its infancy come to life and develop into such a personal piece. LKPhipps was so timely in her response after I presented my idea - within our first communication she was already presenting me a sample! I love that she just took my idea and started running. LKPhipps was very professional and was such a warm and personable spirit to work with. She was also incredibly accommodating of my requests to add or change things to my piece. I LOVE the final product that from conception of my idea to actually receiving my piece took only a week due to LKPhipps's hard work and focus in completing my piece by the short deadline I needed. I STRONGLY recommend LKPhipps's services!!!!
