I take great pride in my work. I value customer satisfaction that is why when ordering a custom designed piece of artwork I work with you all along the process. I will send you proofs along the way to critique and give your input. I do not print your artwork until after your final proof has been approved by you thus ensuring your satisfaction of our design. CUSTOM WORK: Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. Damaged Shipment : In the case of a damaged shipment, please take a picture of the exterior of the shipping carton and product, clearly showing the damage and send it to me. This will help in filing a claim with the shipper. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal. \~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~ STOCK ITEMS IN PORTFOLIO: For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) must be requested to be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. Please contact me before shipping. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal. If customer cancels stock item order after item has been printed there will be a re-stocking fee up to 30% of item ordered. REFUND OR REPLACEMENT: Replacement: After I receive the original item(s), a replacement of the same image at the same size will be shipped to you at no additional cost. See below for details. Refund: After I receive the original item(s), a refund will be issued excluding shipping fees of the original shipment. See below for details. DAMAGED GOODS / BAD PRINT: If your item(s) have been damaged during shipping to you, or if there is a noticeable blemish on the print, the original item(s) must be returned to me before a replacement or refund. This is necessary so that I can file a damage claim with the shipper (damaged goods), or identify and correct the blemish (bad print). In the case of a damaged shipment, please take a picture of the exterior of the shipping carton clearly showing the damage and send it to me. This will help in filing a claim with the shipper. Whatever the reason for the return, I wish to make every customer happy. Please communicate with me so that I can work hard to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. \*\*\*Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently, so what you see on the screen could conceivably vary a little bit from the prints you receive.
