The 9 foot long double writing desk was built to function as a home office area for two busy professionals. The desk was constructed with weathered cedar fencing and hundred-year old sycamore, salvaged from a barn in Northern Michigan. The cedar was stained dark to compliment the character of the aged saw marks and nail holes patterned throughout the sycamore boards.
