Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal. All items are handmade and therefore will have marks and characteristics of handmade furniture. Perfect pieces are not handmade. I am not a professional painter. I do an average job. If you would like to paint your piece or have a professional painter do it. I will provide you with a bare wood product. In the event that a piece is damaged in shipping we will work with the customer to fix the situation. It is up to the maker to make the judgment if a piece is repairable, replaceable, or refundable.
