Here at Rovan Hand-Crafted Furniture we take pride in what we build and we love to gain the trust of our customers. We provide as much communication as the customer would like before they choose to hire us for a job. Because of this, our custom work is non-refundable and once they are in progress they cannot be cancelled. If any piece needs to be finished by a specific date please let me know before hand.
