Shipping Policy

I will ship both nationally and internationally. For national deliveries I try to keep the shipping at a flat rate of $15, $25 and higher for the heavier items like bedding sets and quilts which can run upwards of $50+ from experience. For international shipping it would be on a case by case fee. I try to use the fastest and least expensive carrier for each individual situation.

Due to the nature of custom projects my refund/cancellation policies are such that once a custom order has begun there are no refunds or exchanges if cancelled by the customer. If the project has not begun and time has lapsed with no communication has been exchanged on the part of the customer, then some refund will be decided by me on a case by case scenario. This is due to my having to keep the schedule open for your item and not accept other contracts. If this happens then I will automatically refund some of your deposit and close the project. If I am unable to complete the order as request due to extenuating circumstances on my part, I will refund monies based on the number of hours spent for research at $20/hr plus materials already purchased. I pride my self on the satisfaction of my customers and try to do whatever needs to be done for complete satisfaction.
