Carved Furniture Elements
Various specific furniture elements, hand-carved to match a specific styles. Goddard-Towson, philidelphia, new-england styles, etc. I am familiar with colonial era having grownup in Maryland's Eastern shore and graduating Washington College [founded by our nations first president and chartered in 1782]. Some of these furniture elements were then molded and solid cast resin for spindle-carver usage or incorporated into replicas. My epoxy resins have minimal shrinkage to stay true to form as the originals. There can be a lot of research expense behind the scenes to produce museum quality replicas as well as a lot of artistic struggle to get it right. Please consider being a part of the shared research when commissioning project replicas!
