Louisiana Cypress Table
This spectacular dining table was custom designed for a new home down South in Arlington VA. The top is crafted from pristine old grown, straight grain Cypress from the swamplands of Louisiana. The bleached finish helps to remove the yellows and accentuate the natural grain pattern of the wood. The unique I-beam trestle was fabricated out of 3/16 plate steel.

Inspired by the craftsman of his family starting with his great grandfather hammering out the original copper roofs of the city’s first skyscrapers, to the hand carved furniture designed and built by his father, Mark is committed to continuing his family’s long standing tradition with the launch of MARK JUPITER in DUMBO, Brooklyn.

With a philosophical commitment to sustainability MARK JUPITER utilizes mostly reclaimed and repurposed materials found from local sources.
