I have NEVER ordered anything like this before (My mama told me not to trust strangers!) but I had an excellent experience with Wayne. He was prompt in his communication, he helped me think through my project and the end result was wonderful! I was set to receive my sign two weeks from the contract date and it arrived one day late-because due date was Thanksgiving day! If you're nervous about working with someone you don't know, I recommend Wayne's Woodworking. I had a real sense that if anything had gone wrong, he would have totally made it right. Thanks, Wayne! We love the sign!
