Solid Oak Hardwood Dining Table

I recieved the final product, and was less than impressed with the finished product for the cost that I had in it. It was a maple cutting board, but the board itself looked very plain. Almost like buying a small piece of lumber at a hardware store unfinished. The laser engraving was just as I imagined though, and very well done. The people that did the job were very responsive and courteous, and they finished the piece well ahead of schedule. My overall impression isn't bad, but I truly expected more for the cost of the product.

I need to know how to return this product, and get my money reimbursed. I was patient with the 1 1/2 month delay, but now that I received my purchase in a torn envelope, I am extremely unhappy with the craftsmanship. A $250.00 wedding present that I would never give them. The butcher block isn't even sanded smooth; the whole thing is warped; you can't even see the image; there are some green markings on the back; the finish is dripped on in some places. Honestly, I have to go buy the newlyweds another present. Maybe you can sand it down and reuse it? At least then is would be sanded. Please tell me how I can return this product for a complete refund.
