    I need to know how to return this product, and get my money reimbursed. I was patient with the 1 1/2 month delay, but now that I received my purchase in a torn envelope, I am extremely unhappy with the craftsmanship. A $250.00 wedding present that I would never give them. The butcher block isn't even sanded smooth; the whole thing is warped; you can't even see the image; there are some green markings on the back; the finish is dripped on in some places. Honestly, I have to go buy the newlyweds another present. Maybe you can sand it down and reuse it? At least then is would be sanded. Please tell me how I can return this product for a complete refund.

    This experience was simply incredible. The fact that all of the steps were discussed with me along the way was great and I could not be happir with the results. Sadly, my one issue was the USPS. Your products are so personal and meaningful, I wish I had a means to choose my own shipping option through a reputable carrier and forgoe the USPS. Thank you for this overall experience, I will be using this service again!
