Due to the custom nature of our products and the size of many of our items, we work with trusted freight carriers to provide accurate shipping quotes and reliable delivery services.
Shipping Process

Shipping Quotes:

After your order is finalized, we will obtain a custom shipping quote based on the size, weight, and destination of your item. You will receive the quote within 4 - 9 business days of placing your order.

Approval and Payment:

Once you approve the shipping cost, we will proceed with scheduling the freight delivery. Shipping charges must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Packaging:

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it is protected during transit. For larger items such as tables or carts, we use professional crating services to guarantee safe delivery.

Delivery:

We partner with reliable freight carriers to deliver your item to your specified address. Standard delivery includes curbside service. For white-glove delivery or in-home setup, please let us know during the quote process, as additional fees may apply.

Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping times will vary based on the destination, carrier availability, and size of the item. Once your item ships, you will receive tracking information and updates from the freight carrier.
Damages or Issues

Cutting Boards & Tables

We value our customers' satisfaction and take every step to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. For cutting boards and tables, we will email final proofs before shipping. These proofs will include pictures of the front, back, and sides to showcase the wood grain, color, and ensure the product is free of damage while meeting all specifications. Once approved, we will securely bubble wrap the item for safe delivery.

Since these are personalized products, returns are not accepted after proof approval. However, if the product is damaged during transit, we will repair it within two weeks. Please provide clear pictures of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. Note that shipping costs for repairs are the buyer's responsibility.

Ready-Made Products

Non-customized, ready-made items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is in new and unused condition. The cost of the product will be refunded, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
